The futuristic look to the flagship store begins before the customer has even entered the store. From the street inurface media installed two LED pillars facing out the windows, running branded content and drawing the customers in. Once inside, LED video walls can be found behind every counter on each level of the flagship, ranging in sizes from 11.25m2 and 6.75m2 to 10.5m2 using high bright LED ensured customers eyes would be drawn to each video wall. In a first for inurface media, LED was installed the length of the underside of the escalator, so that no matter where customers were looking, the New Look brand was present. Wall mounted LCD panels were used in the newly set up denim shop and label lounge, making use of static walls.
In addition to the flagship store, inurface media installed video walls behind counters, and pillar screens in other tier one and tier two stores throughout the UK and into Europe. Utilising each screen installed to run branded content from various social campaigns to targeted messages for increased customer awareness of promotions and latest fashion offerings.
One of the most important aspects to inurface media refitting and installing in new stores was managing content easily and from a central location. The firs thing inurface media did was migrate the entire existing platform of current open stores to a new digital signage platform, and was completed in a matter of days. The newly hosted content management system was installed and inurface media provided training to the content team. Remote and onsite support was very important to New Look so if any issues did arise it was taken care of by inurface media’s engineers.
