To keep with the flow of the office space, inurface media suggested a few concepts that would work and have a direct impact in the space available. A wall mounted screen and a free standing totem appeared to be the best fit as they offered crisp imagery, fit the look of the office, and would allow inurface media’s content director to build content that would fit the screen sizes. Most visitors/workers in the office want to know the outside temperature, if there is a good service on all train lines, latest news of the day, and upcoming information about the office itself. Custom templates were created by inurface media to be displayed on screen, fitting the look and colours of each office setting. The result was eye catching imagery that directs the visitors/workers attention providing them with timely information that is useful and relevant.
The project was completed with no disruption during office hours, with training provided to staff on how to update templates, with the aim to pass complete control over once there was a full understanding of the software.
