The Project

The Hilton Bristol Hotel had just undergone a refurbishment and wanted to display dynamic information about the meeting rooms situated within the hotel. They also wanted to display offers such as room upgrades, events, adverts and local information, to customers within the lounge area and foyer.

Inurface Media provided Advantech DS520 media players, running our content management system and a bespoke meeting room solution to deliver all the requirements on visually stimulating Samsung LED displays. Using the content management system staff at the Hilton are able to deploy weekly promotions and through the web based meeting room solution, developed specially for the Hilton, customers arriving for a meeting are directed to the correct room.

Inurface Media provided the whole solution including the installation, training on the signage platform and post project support and maintenance. The meeting room board was developed to allow any member of staff, who has not been trained on our content management system, to update the meeting room information. It was built as a easy to use web interface, you simply enter meeting information next to the appropriate room, then the content manager pulls the information onto the screen automatically.
