New Look Flagship Store

From a single fashion store in the UK in 1969, to now operating an impressive 900 stores around the world, and with over 3 million followers on social media, New Look is a leading fashion-brand that enjoys a commanding presence on the high street.

There has been a strong digital presence in their stores for quite some time, having embraced the power of video walls, wall mounted screens, and LED behind their cash desks, all to enhance their customer experience in-store. It comes as no surprise then that when it came time to open a new flagship store on Tottenham Court Road, digital displays and social media was going to play a major part in their new build. Having worked with New Look on previous stores, they reached out to Inurface Media from the onset to see how we could incorporate some exciting digital signage into this four-story flagship.

 

Being involved from such an early stage in the process allowed us to curate an exciting customer experience. That had to begin from the moment customers walked up to the store, so we installed two 3mx4m High Bright LED to attract customers attention. NEC wall mounted panels with BTECH brackets were used in the new Label Lounge and Denim Shop. On each of the four floors, we installed LED video walls behind the cash desks with sizes of 4.5mx2.5m, 4.5mx1.5m, and an impressive 7mx1.5m, these bright LED walls stand out.

Inurface Media wanted to ensure every area of the store offered a chance to show off New Look’s brand, and give the store a futuristic look and feel. One of the most exciting pieces is  1mx8.5m LED running the length of the underside of the escalator. It’s a unique area to place LED, as it utilises space not normally thought of to bring life to an otherwise inconspicuous area. With over 8.5 million pixels used, we were able to bring New Look’s flagship store to life!
