About New Look
The New Look story began in 1969 as a single fashion store in the UK. From there, they’ve grown to become a leading fast-fashion brand, with 575 stores in the UK and over 260 across Europe, China and Asia. Their transactional website newlook.com now ships to around 120 countries world-wide generating 13% of sales.
New Look also have a presence in social media, over 3.0 million Facebook fans, 370,000 following us on Twitter and over 1,000,000 following us on Instagram. 4.9 million people have subscribed to email alerts.
As part of their digital journey and rebranding exercise New Look have embraced Digital Signage in a big way rolling out video walls, pillar screens and screens behind cash desks at most of their Tier one stores and a selection of tier 2 stores in the UK along with a selection of stores across Europe. The network of screens serves as an additional channel to deliver rich media content in store, working in conjunction with the other Omni channels to support marketing campaigns.
