Where are you based?
Our HQ is in Soho, London. But we frequently have vacancies across our other offices in Cape town and Wroclawek.
Whilst one global team is one of our core values – please only apply if you’re able to commute to one of our office locations!
What is the interview process?
Typically, first stage is a screening call with our internal recruiter to establish culture fit and core values
The second stage will be with the hiring manager and will consist of technical and competency based questions.
Final Stage interviews are usually with the CEO and one other member of the leadership team to confirm that it’s the right fit!
Dependent on the role, we may ask you to prepare a presentation or complete a task, based on the core skills needed for the role!
How should I prepare for my interview?
Take a look at what we do on our website and where possible, research the people you’re meeting with – and you’re on to a winner!
Are there opportunities for progression?
Absolutely – your development is very important to us, and we want to help you achieve in your role and beyond!
We believe in open and regular feedback, so you will have frequent check-ins and annual appraisals to make sure we’re helping you reach your goals!
Do I have to have a background in AV to work here?
No – As long as you have an interest in tech and willingness to learn, you’ll receive full training on our product offering and how our technologies work. Other roles within the company, e.g. HR and finance, won’t require any industry knowledge.
