To create the perfect customer experience, inurface media brought in interactive, non-touch, small and large digital screens to the store. Customer interaction with the brand is important to Boden, so inurface media installed a magic mirror to give customers an interactive experience while in the store. Two large 70″ and 50″ screens were also installed behind the tills showcasing branded imagery. A mosaic wall was installed showcasing Boden’s newest items and bringing a static wall to life. High end commercial panels were used throughout to ensure quality and consistency across all stores.
For Boden to manage its content remotely, inurface media provided a strong Content Management System. The Boden team was provided training on how to manage and control its content, ensuring multiple stores can be managed properly, keeping the brand consistent store to store. This ensured a smooth transition of control to Boden, and allowed them to hit the ground running in their new retail locations.
