It was important that ICE head office was able to control and push out content to all their branches, so inurface media provided a centralised hosting solution to be able to do so. In addition to the Content Management System (CMS), inurface media carried out a bespoke development to allow the rate boards to be updated using ICE legacy rates system. By providing training on the CMS, inurface media was able to pass control to ICE to update rates and run side promotions and advertising on their boards to show other services offered by the company.
Different screen sizes, templates and layouts were used across the branches to fit various sized spaces. From a ten screen video wall at a local London airport, to a 3 screen video wall in a train station in Paris, every installation was fitted to match the environment of the screens.
Onsite support ensured any issues with screens were flagged by inurface media’s technical team, making it seamless to service video walls, replace panels, cables, and remote access the CMS should any issues arise.
