The Client

Boots Hearing Care, as part of a joint venture with the Sonova Group, specialises in audiological care, offering consultations, hearing aid testing, and the provision of hearing aids.

Locations

The project has been implemented across 11 UK and European sites including designated Boots Hearing Care locations, branded as “World of Hearing,” as well as concession spaces within Boots retail stores.

To address these challenges, a comprehensive solution was deployed that combined interactive technology with high-quality hardware.

Lift & Learn Technology

An innovative RFID-based Lift & Learn system was installed to display information on hearing aid products from three different providers. When a customer lifts a device, the system automatically presents key features and benefits of that product, allowing for direct comparison between options.
This solution utilised the Navori Stix 3800 media player and the Navori CMS platform to deliver seamless and dynamic content.

Hearing Test Rooms

To enhance the diagnostic and consultation experience, inurface media supplied premium speakers and interactive touch-screen displays. These tools created an environment where audiology specialists could conduct tests and provide expert advice in a modern, user-friendly setting.
