Debenhams' Manchester Beauty Bar: Elevated with digital display innovation.

inurface media partnered with Debenhams to elevate their new Beauty Bar in Manchester’s Arndale Centre. Our mission was to modernise the beauty bar concept by integrating digital displays for showcasing Debenhams’ and brands’ latest campaigns and beauty deals. We procured and installed various LED screens, including bulkhead, palladium, curved, and interactive social media-driven displays. Sourcing LED from Bauer Digital, our trusted provider, ensured optimal solutions. Our engineers handled design, construction, and installation, with ongoing maintenance. Notably, an LED bulkhead above the entrance highlights the Debenhams Beauty brand, while palladium screens above concession stands promote individual brands, creating an engaging experience for passers-by.

Sister brand, Xi, faciliated the establishment of an interactive digital presence by implementing a social wall towards the store entrance. This feature enables customers to upload their photos using #debenhamsbeauty, with the content displayed on the wall, fostering engagement with the brand. Our collaboration with Debenhams has resulted in a unique and engaging in-store experience for their customers.

The store sought to reflect the digital world with the interactive digital displays connecting these worlds effectively.
