Overview
125 years of Swiss precision, opening on Oxford Street.
Victorinox’s 125th anniversary brought the brand to Oxford Street: a flagship opening that needed to communicate heritage and craftsmanship in a retail environment where visual competition is constant and first impressions are made in seconds.
In partnership with retail design agency Dalziel & Pow, IUF delivered the AV specification and installation for the flagship. A 1.9mm pixel pitch LED screen inside the store for immersive product and heritage storytelling. A 75″ high-resolution LCD facing Oxford Street for real-time campaign visibility and footfall capture.
Every specification was chosen to complement the premium environment Dalziel & Pow designed, and to ensure display quality matched the standard Victorinox demands at flagship level.
Journey & Experience
One screen faces the street. One faces the customer. Both working for the brand.
- 75″ street-facing LCD – running real-time campaign content toward Oxford Street pedestrian traffic, capturing attention and drawing footfall before customers enter
- 1.9mm LED screen (1,750 x 2,750mm) – the primary brand storytelling display inside the flagship, presenting campaign content, product detail, and heritage visuals at premium resolution
The indoor LED sits at the point where customers are most engaged: already inside, committed to the visit, and receptive to brand narrative. The street-facing LCD gives the flagship a dynamic, always-on presence on one of the world’s most competitive retail streets.
Technology Architecture
Two screens, two roles, specified and installed to the standard Oxford Street demands.
