As part of their relaunch, HMV sought to modernise the store experience with dynamic digital displays and audio solutions that would captivate customers and reinforce their brand presence in the competitive retail space.

The Client

The Problem
To re-establish itself at the heart of London’s Oxford Street, HMV needed a visually striking and immersive in-store environment. The brand wanted to create high-impact digital touchpoints that would:

The Solution
Wrap-Around LED Entrance
A 2.6mm LED wrap-around entrance reveal was installed to showcase album releases, promotions, and store offers, creating an immediate visual impact and drawing in customers.
LED Ticker Display
A 4.5m-long 1.9mm LED ticker was placed inside the store to display dynamic, targeted content, keeping customers engaged and informed while browsing.
Window Totems
2.6mm high-bright LED totems in the store windows capture the attention of passers-by, ensuring product promotions and upcoming events remain highly visible.
JBL Sound System
Strategically placed JBL audio systems provide a high-quality sound experience throughout the store, reinforcing the brand’s connection to music and entertainment.
