The aim was to improve visibility, streamline ordering, and deliver a more modern, responsive customer experience. Menu Boards That Boost Clarity and Speed
LCD digital menu boards were deployed inside all restaurants, programmed to show real-time pricing, promotions, and calorie information. These displays support faster ordering decisions, reduce perceived wait times, and allow for instant content changes. Integrated with the same CMS used across Welcome Break, the system allows for brand consistency and operational control.
Outdoor Drive-Thru Displays
IUF installed weatherproof, high-brightness LCD totems outside the restaurants. Designed for visibility in all lighting conditions, these screens act as pre-sale drivers, featuring promotions, limited-time offers (LTOs), and core menu content. The displays not only attract attention from passing motorists but also reduce friction in the ordering process by prepping customers before they enter.
