The Client

The Problem
In line with their vision for concept flagship stores, Sports Direct wanted to design a store that would elevate the customer experience using digital solutions. This required not just a fresh layout for each brand, but also the integration of technology that would engage customers and provide them with interactive, fun, and informative experiences. The challenge was to bring all of this together while maintaining the identity of each brand within the store, requiring careful planning and execution.
The Solution
To achieve this, inurface media worked alongside The One Off and Brinkworth Design to craft unique and interactive zones within the store.
Interactive Touchscreen Selfie Mirrors
Two 55" 4K PCAP interactive touchscreen selfie and boomerang mirrors were installed, featuring fun filters for various age groups, allowing customers to engage with the store and share their experience instantly on social media
LED Video Walls
Eight LED video walls were strategically placed in high-traffic areas, promoting branded content and product displays to attract attention.
Audience Measurement
Advanced audience measurement tools were integrated, enabling the store to capture customer metrics, track foot traffic, and analyse engagement for future campaigns.
Product Exploration
Four 65" interactive LED screens were placed to provide customers with detailed product information and an interactive shopping experience.
