Jason, AV Engineer
Jason joined the inurface media team as an AV Engineer in October 2016. Jason is responsible for working with different systems, software and hardware and following standard procedures to escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal departments.
Jason ensures proper recording and closure of all issues as well as researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve customer issues.
When Jason isn’t resolving any customer issues he loves to watch Live Cricket or Football matches.

J- ‘’That’s a hard one because i fit in whenever or wherever needed in the operations side of the company, but my main responsibility is providing our clients with the best onsite support.’’

N- ‘’Which inurface project has been your favorite to work on, and why?’’
J- ‘’My first major project after joining the inurface team back in 2016, in which we installed large LED screens on the side of over 50 Rubish Lorries’’
