The Client

Jack Wills, a British heritage fashion brand, embarked on a brand revamp initiative, with its Derby store serving as the first step in modernizing its retail presence. Recognizing the need to evolve with changing consumer expectations, Jack Wills sought to enhance its in-store experience through digital innovation.

To achieve this, they partnered with inurface media to integrate cutting-edge audio-visual solutions, ensuring their stores remain visually engaging, immersive, and aligned with modern retail trends.

High-Impact LED Window Displays

Two 1250 x 1750mm LED screens were installed on bespoke plinths in the storefront, creating a bold first impression and drawing customers into the store.

Dynamic LED Tickers for Campaign Messaging

To keep customers informed and engaged, two 125mm x 2000mm LED tickers were installed, complementing the window screens with real-time campaign updates.

Digital Display at Checkout

A 2000mm x 1000mm LED screen was positioned behind the cash desk, ensuring customers remained entertained and engaged during checkout while reinforcing brand messaging.
