Enhancing Nike's customer experiences through in store digital media displays.

Nike sought to enhance customer engagement in their retail spaces through innovative audio-visual solutions. They aimed to cultivate a digital experience that entertained while reinforcing their brand identity. inurface media responded by providing a wide range of digital and interactive solutions, deploying innovative technology and tailored content across various stores. Our solutions included selfie mirrors, interactive applications, digital window displays, and in-store LED screens. Each installation prioritised creating a dynamic and interactive environment reflective of Nike’s brand ethos. By seamlessly integrating technology and brand content, the collaboration aimed to amplify brand visibility and foster meaningful customer interactions. To elevate in-store engagement at Nike’s Thurrock location, inurface media installed two 55″ 4k PCAP interactive touchscreen mirrors featuring customised software.

The interactive touch screen mirrors were equipped with boomerang social application and snap-mask software, inviting users to capture boomerang gifs and filtered 'snap mask' images for instant sharing on social media platforms. Powered by i7 media players, each screen was meticulously managed by inurface media through Scala CMS for seamless operation and timely content updates. This initiative aimed to enrich the in-store experience, encouraging interactive participation while amplifying Nike's presence across digital platforms.
