Overview

An airport is one of the hardest environments in the world to make a display stand out.

Highsnobiety sits at the intersection of streetwear and luxury. Establishing a physical retail presence in Copenhagen Airport meant competing for attention in an environment defined by high ambient light, constant movement, and visual saturation from every direction.

IUF delivered a full AV solution for Highsnobiety’s Copenhagen Airport retail space: two LED displays specified for the airport’s challenging lighting conditions, managed via a centralised CMS for real-time campaign control. The support model was built to match the environment, a four-hour remote response SLA and next-day on-site escalation, ensuring displays stay live and content stays current without the risk of prolonged downtime.

The result is a Highsnobiety presence that commands attention: bold, visible, and always on-brand regardless of ambient conditions.

Journey & Experience

Two screens. One job: making Highsnobiety unmissable.

  • 1.9mm pixel pitch LED display – high-resolution, for close-proximity retail visibility, rendering campaign imagery and editorial content at premium quality
  • 2.6mm pixel pitch LED display – wider-format, engineered for impact across longer sightlines in high-traffic airport zones
  • High-brightness specification – both displays built to combat Copenhagen Airport’s combination of natural daylight and artificial lighting, maintaining visual impact at all times
  • Centralised CMS – remote, real-time campaign control without requiring on-site intervention for routine content changes

Outcomes

Cut-through in one of Europe’s busiest airports

Two high-brightness LED displays give Highsnobiety a presence that holds its own in Copenhagen Airport: cutting through ambient noise, maintaining visual quality across changing lighting conditions, and keeping content current without on-site overhead.

Real-time campaign control from anywhere

A centralised CMS lets Highsnobiety’s team respond to new drops, editorial moments, and seasonal campaigns remotely and instantly, without a trip to Copenhagen.

A support model that protects the investment

A four-hour remote SLA and next-day on-site escalation mean display issues are resolved quickly, protecting the commercial value of a presence that depends entirely on visibility.
